SUPERNOVA TECH SOLUTIONS Inc provides semiconductor manufacturing services including but not limited to: Custom Chip Design, Wafer Fabrication, Integrated Circuit Manufacturing, Testing & Validation, Package & Assembly, and Technical Engineering Support.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, SUPERNOVA TECH SOLUTIONS Inc and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and in our services. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
4. User Obligations
You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from our services without authorization. You must not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from our services for commercial purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of service provision. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
SUPERNOVA TECH SOLUTIONS Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
